You can find it in the Aeronautical Information Package (AIP) at www.ais.org.uk (you will need a log in). Go to the AIP section, select the UK IAIP > Aerodrome Index (Specific) and select the airport you are interested in. Select the top option, textual data. It will open a .pdf file, which contains all the airport information including frequencies. It will also display an ATIS telephone number if available.
Of the 4 aiports you listed, only MAN and BHX have a telephone number. BHX 0121-780 0910
Alternatively, if you just want the weather, you can sign up for the met office's free aviation weather service, which will give you access to a global METAR/TAF search.

Thanks for posting. I never knew that these existed.now I have all my local airports saved on my phone as well as airports I often transition. Where there was no ATIS # I picked up the WX #. Thanks for all the info again!!
