I was reading about DHL has order 44 new B747 aircraft. but Dose anyone have any information on this my sorce comes from : The Journal of Commerce. the website is :

this was posted back in september 15th,2000 I have been hearing that dhl will use the aircraft base at it's new CVG HUB. if anyone has information on this .. but it looks like from what i have been hearing and seeing the posting in biz that it looks like FedEx/Ups is in for a run for there money.. this would put dhl fleet two over 280 aircraft. sense DHL Airways & DHL International are working as one company now.

all I know is DHL is putting down 1.3 Billion on it's order as from what I cude read from BIZ, there saying new so maybe there going to be 747-400 OR 747-X . I know there going to fly from CVG/HKG.

Don't you mean 757s? I know they're getting them, from BA, and I believe it's about 44, so maybe the people who wrote the report had it wrong and were referring to that order...
