I just flew from IAH-SFO and was treated to a 752 with AVOD. If I had to use one word to describe it, WOW. I had a choice of about 18 movies, dozens of tv shows, 50 complete CD's, games. You could pause, speed up, or rewind the movie. The 3:45hr flight went really fast!
Sitting in row 30 or 31, (cant remember which) I was also amazed to see a 110V power port at each seat to keep my laptop and my 17 month old daughters DVD player charged. (she cant go anywhere without her Wiggles DVD )
Cheers to CO, The flight was great and I cant wait to be on another AVOD aircraft.

It has lots of trouble fast forwarding, and doesn't seem to have a resume feature if you go back to the movie menu. It makes it really annoying it use, and isn't quite "on demand" because of this (the 757 version). I have another flight on an AVOD 757 next week, so it'll be interesting to see what movies and TVs have changed between months.
Of all the things to worry about... the Wookie has no pants.
