This is Aeroflot Cargo first of at least seven MD-11Fs almost ready for delivery. This is also another "new" operator for the type. It really looks beautiful with this color scheme. It was previously registered PK-GII and PP-VQF respectively.
As I answered earlier in the thread, this MD-11 is not a former AY aircraft. It was previously operated by Garuda, and later by Varig. In reply 8, there's a link where you can see when the AY aircraft are expected to be delivered to SU.

Quoting AF022 (Reply 15): How does the MD11F compare with the B747F? It is great that the MD11 is finding an audience as a freighter, but are they a lot more affordable than the B747F to own/operate?
The MD11F is pretty good as a freighter!! A lot of cargo does fit in there and you can fly pretty far with it and the fuel flow of the MD11F is lower than the 744F... But the 744F still can fly further with full load...

Not bad, apart from the tail engine I must say.
Aeroflot shouldn't have painted it all blue really, but rather put the silver colour on the front section of it with the red from the fuselage running further to the tail and more importantly, the Russian flag should have started on the engine too, not above it, just like SU does on their TU-154:

Have to agree on this - the tail just looks slightly "wrong". I think it's the proportions of the DC-10/MD-11 tail (and the straight-through engine) that make it look awkward, compared to the S-intake types that you mentioned.
It still looks good, but not quite as stunning as some of SU's other types.
Hey AA, the 1960s called. They want their planes back!
