Is there a place where I can find all traffic from one US city to an International city? For example, if I wanted to know how many O&D passengers travel from Boston to London or from San Francisco to Tokyo where can I find this information? Is there a website I can go to? I know of faremeasure.com for domestic but I need international.

Nothing is certain.

http://www.bts.gov

is the only site that I know of that might be able to assist you. I don't know that it will break it down to the granular level that you seek.

BAA has a pretty good site for data concerning the United Kingdom. It's obviously limited in scope, but it's something. I'll see if I can dig up the link.
