Westbound Flights On New Year's

So say you are flying westbound and crossing one or 2 timezones and the plane leaves at 10:30 PM. When should the FA bring out the Champers?

Well, I would say at least twice:

Once for the flight's origin.

Again for the time-zone(s) crossed that reach midnight while plane is still en route.

If you time it just right, near destination when that time zone crosses midnight.

Break out the airsickness bags.
