I have no information, however, if all 3 flights would be by A343, that would actually mean a capacity reduction. Provided they use the 343 in F/C/Y config, that would make 663 daily seats vs. 679 seats they had last summer with 2 flights from FRA to TLV alone, with a 744 + 346.
A capacity increase on 3 flights would be, if flight 686 remains a 744 and the other 2 flights.are 343s. That would be an additional 145 seats, roughly the equivalent of a 320 which served the MUC/TLV route previsouly.

Yes.
Until this winter we had a daily A346 + 744. Then for the winter we have A343 + 744 (both 3/cl), from this summer LH is scheduled to operate 2 daily A346 (2/cl) which I think are 690 seats each way

hmmmm how relevant is this source. Because a few weeks ago there was a article in the Haaretz newspaper mentioning that no progress was made in the negotiations to reopen TLV - MUC flights for LH. First they talked about 3 weekly and now suddenly daily with A343?

I haven't checked the summer 08 schedules yet. If they go 2 daily 346 with C/Y only, OK. But it surpises me that they give up on F class. Last time I was on LH686, F was full.

Perhaps, the real story is that negotiations are difficult because a lot is at stake. LH wants to secure its position as the dominant foreign carrier at TLV. For that reason, LH is probably asking for permission to start a daily MUC-TLV flight aboard a 343. If this request were granted LH and LX would offer 5 daily flights on widebody aircraft to TLV. LH would offer a daily flight from MUC, two daily flights from FRA, while LX offers another two daily flights from ZRH. Additionally, Star partner OS flies twice daily to TLV from VIE with narrowbody aircraft, while another partner, LO flies to TLV daily from WAW, and once or twice a week from KRK. Essentially, LH, LX, and its Star partners are already in a strong position on routes between TLV and central Europe. Adding daily MUC-TLV flights on a 343 only strengthens their dominance. LY, Israir, and Arkia are already struggling to remain competitive on these routes, and they are probably seeking protection. However, they won't be able to prevent LH from relaunching MUC-TLV flights entirely. Instead, they will try to limit LH to a few flights a week aboard a narrowbody aircraft. Hopefully, the regulators will find a fair compromise that benefits the travelling public.

It's strange that Ofer Kish the manager of Lufthansa Israel always talked about starting MUC with a few weekly connections but with narrowbody and now suddenly daily with A343. BTW: would LH have the equipment available at all from MUC? Yeah what you said LH & LX and the other Star members are now already very strongy represented at TLV. Once LX also has it's 2nd daily flight with A343 (From Summer Timetable) I don't know if LY will sooner or later need to quit it's 2nd daily ZRH flight. Regarding LY's MUC operation this could also make them loose some custumers and they will become as weak as they are with FRA.

Often F is almost completely empty I gues it really isn't worth it. As long as there are no holidays etc I doubt the B744 in general is booked out or close to it at least not besides maybe thursdays and sundays.
