Who Is Really Behind The Air Berlin Buys?

Air Berlin Plc, Europe's third- biggest discount carrier, said Robert Hersov owns a 18.56 percent stake, the third announcement of a purchase by the London-based investor this month.
A unit of Hersov's Vatas Holding GmbH investment company owned 18.56 percent of Air Berlin as of Jan. 9, the carrier said in a statement today. Air Berlin said yesterday that Hersov controlled a 17.5 percent stake, including a 15.41 percent holding by Vatas that the carrier announced Jan. 3.

So who is really behind this deal -can't imagine Hersow as an active managing actor within Air Berlin.
If they continue ,they will have soon a 25% blocking minority.Any ME Carrier suspected ?

No idea who really is behind this, but for Air Berlin's sake, I hope it is a credible source. With Lars Windhorst being involved in Vatas, that has me somewhat worried for Air Berlin given Windhorst's past.
