She looks beautiful.

Is this aircraft heading to Air India? If so when? Will they repaint her in AI colours?

As far as I remember Kingfisher will immediately lease these A330s to Air India but with their own crew and livery. As soon as Kingfisher has received their permits to fly to other foreign longhaul countries they will take back these A330s. Kingfisher is still waiting on the permission from the Indian Government, is that correct?

In any case, those are very nice A330s in Kingfisher colors, can you imagine the A380 in Kingfisher colors? WOW!

Haven't you heard? This is the ultimate new green Glider version of the A330. It will be winched into the air and almost no CO2 emission!  Wink

Great colors and I wish Kingfisher well with the start of their international operations! I think it would be nice to have an Indian airline back at Amsterdam, so maybe they will give it a go one day.

Cheers!  wave

Good job Nitin, What are u interning as? Ur one lucky guy. I would have worked there for free if they offered me a corner office where I could watch planes land and take off!!!

Quoting Ag92 (Reply 12):

What are u talking about!!!?? The tail is the best part...its like no other..yes, it does remind me of beer, may be thats why I like it, but at the same time, I can't think of any other airline with a tail as "striking" as Kingfisher's is..

So, this one has no engines, but already the Kingfisher letters and tail, their A345 has the engines, but not the writing and the logo. Does this mean this A332 will not be leased to AI?

Personally I think the Kingfisher titles are a little small, when compared to the A32X aircraft already in the fleet. The livery would have been much, much nicer had the titles been 30-40% bigger. That said it is a very nice livery. So much better than so many of the plain livery choices out there.

Brian.

Next flights: ORK-MAN (WW); MAN-ORK (EI) DUB-HHN-DUB(FR)

In fact looks like the Font size on the A320 was used rather than a larger Font.
