Problem With UA's New Seats

What is the problem with the new F and C seats on UA where the plane is being sent to SFO more than FRA and are they going to fix it before they put the first 744 into service?

That's the point of it being on one 767 currently. It's being tested for day-to-day operational issues, not to mention passenger functionality, so that United can tweak the seat prior to its installation on the rest of the intecontinental fleet.
