Heck if I know...judging by the (lack of) color, maybe it's an instrument chart instead of a sectional?  Wink Sectionals, even back in the '20s and '30s, look very similar to the way they are today...

Definitely not. The 195 had a fully-cantilevered wing (no lift strut).

Not that similar. It's a sectional all right, but I forgot to mention the caption says the pic is at Meacham. I'll see if I've got an old Dallas at home.
