ok here is the deal you get to start an airline but you only get 4 cities and 1 hub so 5 cities. you also get only one choise of an aircaft so here is mine.
Cities:Detroit, O'Hare, Phenoix, Las Vegas
Service:i would have someting like th dl sky deli only way better and all liqure(i am a bad speller) would be free, serve the typical coke line up of drinks it would be sort of like access air
CNS, ROK and PPP are all bussy tourist ports, CNS, BNE and SYD are all International gateways and SYD would give me access to the population in the Southern half of the country. Btw, CNS, ROK, PPP and BNE are in Queensland (tourist mecca), and SYD is in New South Wales (itl arrivals mecca).

Service: Seats would be deep blue leather and the plane would seat 46 people for added legroom. Serivce would be somewhat like the current Sky Deli since most of these are somewhat long regional flights. Then of course the standard drink service. Also, I would try and set up a strategic alliance w/ America West so my passengers could feed directly into their Columbus hub. That's why I would choose the Canadair jets so I could use AWA Express' training facility.
Guadalajara is the second largest city in México so there is a huge market for any mexican airline. Monterrey is the third largest city and the most industrial one. Cancún is a very touristic city, from Mexico City there are more than 30 flights per day. And Madrid, Spain for cultural reasons and have an international and intercontinental route.

Service: It would be a very comfortable aircraft, standard First class [20-25 seats] and about 145 seats in coach, for added leg room [compared to Y166 on AA, Y156 on DL...........]. The seats in coach would be grey or Green like the Aircanada seats [or similar]. As to meals, on the shorter flights [to slc and lax] you would get like the Sky Delli on delta, and in first class youd get a small meal. ON the longer flights [ORD DFW] youd get a full meal in both classes.

extended first class to sit more business travelers, no business class, half of the plane first class, the other half economy. Free beer, wine$3.00, other alcohols $5.00. TVs in the lavs. Foot rests in ever seat. Every flight is non smoking. ATMs on board.

I would base it out of OAK, and fly to Kansas City, Austin, Colorodo Springs, and Chicago Midway. I like the idea of OAK, because it is known for punctuality, and there would be no such thing as connecting flights. I would gradually expand to other airports. I would operate leased 735s and 733s (although idealy I would operate brand new A-318s and A-319s). Service would always be top priority, but motivated employees are the key to good service. I would have all business class seats. The seats would be 2x3 in leather, with adjustable headrests, and head towels over them. All seats would fully recline, and have a 34 inch seat pitch, except for the exit row. All seats would have laptop power ports, GTE phones, stereo headphones and headphone jacks, as well as the lastest in PTVs at every seat (or I might consider the JetBlue idea of live TV). The meals would be hot and healthy, and served on plates, with hot towels before and mints afterwards. Special meals would be available. Alcohol would be complimentary, but would be limited to 3 drinks per passenger, and any passenger who appears to intoxicated before then, will receive none. Complimentary newpapers would be available on-board, as well as magazines. Fares will start out at the upper end of the competitive level, and the normal fare rules will apply. Once a reputation is made, the fares can be raised slightly to more profitable levels. All staff will be hired by the airline, and undergo thorough training. Employees will receive competitive salaries, full benefits, and will receive large bonuses for high quality work. For example, whenever less than X amount of baggage is mishandled, baggage handlers get this award. This airline will, if you like, be "Midwest Express of the West". Speaking of Midwest Express, it would be great to offer a partnership with them, Midway, and Alaska/Horizon. This may all sound a bit far-fetched, but who knows, it could work.

Hub: JFK Cities: LHR, MIA, LAX, CDG, NRT A/C: L-1011-250 and B747-400 Service: Fully renovated cabins with average first class legroom. NO COACH, business class will replace coach section. Only 133 seats in L-1011, 200 in 744. Each aircraft will have audio/video capabilities in each seat. Each plane will also have a business center with computer/fax, etc. There will also be a lounge in each aircraft.

I'd have service above SQ...free MBZ S500 'limo' service for FC/BC pax. from all cities to my exclusive "Lair" (my FC/BC lounge) in the airport, overlooking the runways. BC legroom would be extended to 55", and a FC/BC lounge would be installed in the lower cargo hold (such as on PSA's L1011's).
