From 2nd July 2001, BRAL will introduce daily flights between NCL and Oslo using ERJ145 A/C. The flights will be 1hr 50mins long. This service takes over from the withdrawl of Braathens on the route.
More info can be found at www.newcastle-airport.co.uk
This is great news!! This service will definitly be a complete success. What do you guys think.
When you hear the noise of the Tartan Army Boys, we'll be coming down the road!

Yes this is great news!
There will be no problem to fill this plane. I used to travel frequently between Oslo and Newcastle from 1992-1996, and the Braathens B737 had a very good loadfactor these years. This new flight just continues the good tradition of direct flights between Oslo and Newcastle. (Others include Dan Air, Braathens....and now BRAL). BRAVO!

Oops, wasn't suppose to post the previous post before completing it. (Don't know what happened.)
Anyway thats two good news for me today.
BRAL wil fly the route to OSL, (Wich means I could avoid those dreadful F50s from SVG-NCL this summer.)
And, not related to this topic, Danish Air Transport (DAT) have decided to start flying at my local airport with ATR 42s.
Oh, what a great day in aviation this is for me.

Yeah. found it. (It was well hidden.)
Are you BU4--?
Seems like a nice site, BUT I don't think I'll register right now. I'm too busy doing stuff, and hardley have time to participate in the a.net forums nowadays. Perhaps later when I've got better time.
Otherwise, Thanks for inviting me.
Gkirk---sorry for posting unrelated posts in your topic.
