According to their website, seat pitch in business class on the A330 is 39 in. (99 cm) in a 2-2-2 layout. On the A320 they use Y class seats with the middle seat left empty and 33 in. (84 cm) pitch.
As a charter carrier, on their longhaul A330 flights they're not catering to business traffic, just leisure passengers who want a little more space and comfort at a reasonable surcharge. Quite a few leisure carriers offer similar types of premium cabins with about the same, or less, eat pitch. Some also have more seats abreast. For example, Canadian carrier Air Transat has a "Club Class" cabin on their A330s with 21 seats in a 7-abreast (2-3-2) layout.

Not bad considering its a charter flight and they dont charge the J class fare . Its the same as UK Charter airlines offer in their Star or Premier cabins. Actually from memory its 1'' more than the UK charters.
