Hello,
Not sure if this is the right forum, please ignore or delete if it is incorrectly placed.
I just booked a couple of flights on SQ (on the 380!), and one of the meal request options they offer a "non-carbohydrate" meal. For years I've been trying to find the right meal request with no sugar (I don't consume sucrose at all and rarely other sugars), but it seems that most if not all airline meals are dominated by sugar-rich foods. Even the diabetic meals I had on QF and NZ had a large amount of sugar in them (albeit they told you how much sugar). I am delighted that SQ offers this meal type!
Does anyone know if any other airline offers this meal type?

Halophilia? An interesting name for someone who states they do not eat sugar. Very appropriate.
I am interested that you say that the diabetic meal offers sugary foods. I wonder why they do that....
