Early 90s Pan Am Resurrection?

Can someone provide some background on the brief re-emergence of Pan Am as (as far as I know) an all-A300 airline? What was their route structure and how long were they around? It sounds like it could have been fun, but it's clear their business model was, sadly, not up to snuff.
