I obviously live in the UK, and am trying to arrange trips, so that i can fly into/out of various airfields in British Isles.
My question is, is there any way of booking myself on one of the BAe 146-operated flights into or out of Scatsta Airport (SCS) in Shetland Islands. I know there are regular flights between ABZ and SCS, and i also am confident that these flights often depart half empty. So... would the operators be prepared to carry a fare paying passenger on one of these flights? And if so, how would i arrange this?

i'm aware of that, but with the flights so often flying with empty seats, do you think they'd consider allowing a fare paying passenger on one of the flights?? I'm trying to find out who to contact to ask that very question to, but can't find any details on Integrated Aviation Consortium or contact details for Scatsta Airport. Is it worth contacting Flightline do you think?

I got to Scatsta by accident several years ago, I was on a Loganair flight from Edinburgh to Sumburgh but got diverted due to bad weather. That same long weekend on the Friday I left Unst by Loganair Islander to Sumburgh, then on to Edinburgh by Saab 340 returning on the Monday from Edinburgh to Scatsta by 340 a bus trip to Lerwick airport and the Islander back to Unst !!!
