Jordan's Royal Air Falcon has applied with the DOT for authority to commence passenger flights between Jordan and the US including via 3rd party countries.

Royal Air Falcon proposes single weekly AMM-(SNN fuel stop)-BWI service utilizing A310 starting on or about April 15th.

Seems a bit of an odd route, or is there a large Jordanian population in BWI?

Didnt RJ use to fuel stop in SNN?

Well the DC area certainly does have a good sized Middle Eastern/Arab community, however I'm not quite sure of what the airlines plans really are.

What the airline probably does not realise is they waited many months too late if they really want to commence service in April. Being their first attempt to fly to the US, they will be going through a indepth foreign carrier certification process which can take 4-6 months easily.

When RJ operated the A310 and L1011 on the AMM JFK route they had a fuel stop in AMS where they had the
right to uplift passengers and cargo between JFK and AMS.

According to DOT application they are in the process of acquiring an A310 which would be used on the proposed US services
