Anyone know when these are supposed to be delivered, what configs they'll have and what routes they'll be operating?

I believe the first one is scheduled for spring and will probably serve FRA.

Just some additional information... The first 4:

PT-MUA 777-32WER 37664
PT-MUB 777-32WER 37665
PT-MUC 777-32WER 37666
PT-MUD 777-32WER 37667

Should be arriving in june/july - at least that's what I heard. I can see these planes flying to FRA and/or PAR.

Btw., TAM is revealing its new corporate identity this thursday - thank god, their logo was one I've always had trouble with.

Cheers,

Marcelo

I've always liked it; I think it looks particularly smart on the 330/340. Was looking fwd to it on the 777. Oh well ...

Anyone could provide information on TAM's B77W configuration, seats and whether they will have 2 or 3 classes.

I assume 2 B77Ws will be used for GRU-FRA while the other 2 for GRU-MXP or perhaps GRU-JFK.

Rgs,

Tks for the information. Do you know the division of seats for each class? 364 pax for 3 classes seems a lot.

GREAT NEWS!!

TAM´s livery is nice, but I think it should be a little more sophisticated... It has been the same for the past 10 years. It´s time for an upgrade!!

Cheers,

Joao

No...it is not going to be a totally different logo....it is almost the same but with some changes. Current brand is well recognized in the industry and in the market in general. A drastic change does not generate benefits, so the changes are, let´s say..."soft"...

No, I don´t have this information...but it will be around 6F 48C and 310Y...but it is my opinion.

In the event a brand new A320 that just arrived from Airbus is going to show the new identity. Some spotters missed that, huh!!! I will bring my camera and will try to post photos on the next day....let´s see.

Have you seen it, JJMNGR?

I mean, do you have any idea about how the new livery is going to look like?

No....this is a big, big secret and acft is being kept somewhere where nobody can see it.

Unfortunately I can not post more information I have. There will be a big event on the 21st evening and I promise that 15 mins before it starts I post more information and than you can have an idea about what is going on in almost real time.

Hope you understand.

Cheers.

Of course!!

No problem at all... I know that events like this should be treated as top secret informations.

But it doesn´t harm to ask about it, does it?  bigthumbsup

Thanks again!!

If I'm not mistaken the plane in question is PR-MHU (A320-214, cn 3391), recently delivered... We should know about it on thursday.

Cheers,

Marcelo
