Does the Mesaba CRJ 900 have a forward lav or is there just the one in the rear for 66 people?

One forward, one aft. The aft is at the very rear, can handle the onboard wheelchair, it's not a standard tiny CRJ lav.

2 lavs, like every 900. There are 76 seats too... not 66.

That fwd lav is a godsend! I drink a lot of water so it comes in handy not having to make the "walk of shame" to the rear.

Is it big enough to be "certified" as an Americans with Disabilities Act-approved lav (if there is such a thing for aircraft lavs, that is...)?

It's bigger than the front lav, but I still wouldn't call it big.
