Have they got rid of the old 757s or painted them in the new scheme? how about the 762s and 763s, still operational? and when will they receive the first 739ER which have been on order for ages!!

The 757's & 767-200's have gone I think, they were painted in the new scheme for only the summer 07 season before being withdrawn.
The 767-300's are doing the long haul programme, and covering the TCD SFB programme? The A330's they ordered are due at the end of 2008 to replace the 767's (& TCD 747-300?)
The 2 737-900's are due May/June 2008 if i remember correctly.

At last, with the fleet modernisation complete next year, we might see better puntuality from XL. The 757s and 762s were the main problems with tech delays.

I could be wrong but I remember 211 or something similar. they will vram them in for sure and require the additional exits. Still cant waitto see them in their new XL colours. Nice to have one charter airline remaining who doesnt have the same name as a bloody touroperator!

The two 757s that operated last season were painted in the new scheme, however they have since been withdrawn, and are currently flying for Aladia. VKNB/C were withdrawn at the end of Summer 2006, converted to Cargo and now fly for Varig Log.
Two of the three 767-300's remain (G-VKNG/I). G-VKNH was withdrawn at the end of last summer, and is now flying for Varig.
The two 767-200's were also withdrawn at the end of last summer. G-BNYS went to Air Seychelles, and last I heard G-BOPB was on lease to Air India.
