I am flying on Thursday 28th Feb on

Manchester to Southampton
on flight BE7362 Depart: 08:40, Arrive: 09:45
Southampton to Manchester
on flight BE554 Depart: 16:55, Arrive: 17:55

Can someone tell me what aircraft are used on the flights and what the flight time is from roll to landing. I am very nervous flyer and this is my first business flight.
Anyone got any advice or any cabin crew on the flight to calm my nerves.

There'll be cabin crew...legal requirement!

Flight time from roll to landing should be approximately 45-50 minutes.

Both flights will be operated by the DHC-8-400.

It will be a Q400. Of all the props out there, they are the quietest and least shaky, however it will be slightly louder than a jet, and your seat may be stuck on "slight vibrate". But other than that, it will be fine. That and avoid the Aero Hot Chocolate, the powder gets stuck in clumps at the bottom of the cup and the plastic stirrers are too weak to break them up. I have Learned that over my 2 returns on BE, the BE371/2 Exeter - Manchester and the BE301/2 Channel Island Circular Exeter - Guernsey - Jersey - Exeter
