A plane bound for Iqaluit made a safe emergency landing at the Ottawa airport Friday morning after experiencing mechanical problems.

The Boeing 737 with 31 passengers and five crew aboard landed safely at about 11:30 a.m. after having trouble with a wing flap, said Chris Ferris, a spokesperson for airline First Air.

Anyone know what the problem was?

What could possibly go wrong?
