It is reported on the news that both airports are closed in BUE, due to a storm in the region. Could be true, or maybe some alarmist news. Here's the link. In Spanish only.

BTW, only the Sarmiento train line was stopped for about an hour and its because it runs below ground level. Subway, only Line B because it runs on third rail electrical "feeding".

The rest is kinda exaggerated.
