Today Delta will take delivery of their first 777-232LR. Ship 7101 is scheduled to arrive in Atlanta today. Last I heard, it should depart BFI around 11:00 pacific time and be on deck at ATL around 18:30 eastern. Unfortunately weather doesn't look so good but with any luck she'll pick up a tail wind and hopefully be here prior to sunset.
Andrew Sieber was on-site at BFI yesterday and caught ship 7101 after she was ferried from PAE. Here are a few of his photos:

Three factors, the rego's (77Ls start N7-, 772s start N86-), the engines ('small' RR Trents on the 772, f'n huge GE90s on the 77L), and the 77L has 764-style wingtip fences.

The 77L took off from Boeing Field an hour ago, earlier than the 11am time reported! It's due into ATL prior to 6pm. It's a great day for DL taking delivery of this big and beautiful plane!

Just wondering, is that a satellite dome on top? And if so, will it be very usable since this aircraft isn't going to be doing transcons?

Let me just say that the critics of this bird's interior shouldn't judge it from the few low-quality pictures that were previously shown on another thread. I personally found the interior of this bird to be absolutely STUNNING. Delta has made a slam-dunk in this case.

55 Rwy04LGA: It seems that there is a row of 2 seats behind a row of 3 seats and that there is no seat behind that PTV-less seat.
56 LawnDart: The row behind it (actually, two rows) only have two seats...thus, only two video screens needed.
60 Pilotboi: No...the correct answer was already stated a few times in this thread.
61 Csturdiv: Just saw this aircraft today at ATL while on taxi to depart on my flight to ORD. She was sitting behind the Delta hangar and she was looking good!
62 FlyASAGuy2005: Ok, fine. What is the purpose? FlyNavy?...
63 Flynavy: The last two rows on the outboard sides only have two seats per row. I wonder if people actually wondered if Delta forgot to put a PTV in that seat.
