Yes, amazingly the over three hour kiosk outage delayed few, if any, flights and passengers made their flights on time. Seems that agents are quicker than the kiosks and were able to handle the added load. Too bad they cost more in benefits, use too much Family Leave and sick time, are grumpy, need health insurance and complain a lot. So, even though they are quicker, the kiosks seem to win out due to other reasons.
