The British Airways' T5 minisite has been recently updated. A few days ago, a new fancy flash offering a tour through the new Galleries lounges. This weekend, the info about terminals has been introduced into the "which terminal at London?" list on the BA main page, although with some minor mistakes.
And in the minisite you can find two new PDF files regarding the terminals changes. http://www.terminal5.ba.com/media/en/BA_T5_moves.pdf is particularly interesting as it says for the first time that several passengers will have to go through a passport&visa check desk prior to security. The long-haul and Russia is understandable but, how come are Prague and Kiev in that list?
Some minor changes include ALG, which apparently will go to T5 instead of T3 and Texas flights which i though they were going to T5 directly but seems they'll be at T4 for a month.

The Passport and Visa Check desks are only for passengers travelling with hand-luggage only. Customers checking bags will have a Passport and Visa check at the Fast Bag Drop desk. These destinations are mandatory due to the high number of visa fines generated by passengers having incorrect documentation.

DFW and IAH are going to T4 initially due to stand planning and I would imagine the ability to protect late passengers onto CO's IAH services (also in T4) is also a bonus. (At least to CO!)
