Im flying LAX-APW on NZ Boeing 767-300ER next week. I've seen many pictures of the old cabins but someone told me that NZ are beginning to install a new interior with IFE in every seat. Since this is a pretty long flight im hoping that we would get one of the upgraded planes.

Quoting CXfirst (Reply 3): PER-AKL is too far for this kinda plane.
In what way?
Performance-wise is perfectly capable and is the right size for the market.
If you are disagreeing based on lake of individual IFE then you may have a point, however it is not that long a flight, they do have movies showing on the big screens and overhead screens, a lot of people sleep or read or look at the view of Australia when they aren't eating their meals and enjoying the complimentary drinks (juice, softdrinks, beer, wine, spirits)
