Aviation Letter writes this month , CN 3456 , an A320-214 for Shenzen AL (test reg D-AVVA) will be the first A320 assembled at Hamburg-XFW.
How many a month will leave the German line at the beginning ?
When the A320 line in TLS will be closed ?
So , soon ,temporally , including the Chinese one we will have 3 assembly lines !

No surprise there.
TLS produces A320, A330/340, A380 and soon A350.
XFW produces only A318, A319 and A321.
The back-load for A320 alone at TLS is 1845, while the back-load for all production at XFW is only 846.
There is room, in addition to China, for more production in XFW.
And the FAL at TLS won't be closed soon.
