CIT Order 20 Airbuses

CIT placed today an order for 15 A320 family and 5 A330 for a total value of 1.9 $bn. Deliveries will happen between 2011 and 2014.

Yet another nice order for the A330.  Smile Hopefully we will see ILFC also place an order for the A330, especially since they have only a handful of frames to be delivered.

But 5 A330's !

Can you imagine having your own private A330 ? How hard could life be, with that ? "Oh I wanna go to Maui tomorrow, let's take the 330 sweetheart". And some people say that money isn't everything.

That's great news for Airbus anyway !

Where are you getting the 'private customers' thing from? CIT is a lessor, these will be going into their leasing pool and on to airlines.
