Im a Onepass member with CO and the miles do not expire, however I am looking for the best card to use for my Star alliance flights that are not covered by Onepass.
Im flying with LH in a week to Frankfurt and want to collect my mileage on the flight.
Which card in star has mileage that does not expire ?

Not Star Alliance, but AAdvantage miles practically don't expire when you do the opinionplace.com thing once in a while.
Also I believe you are wrong about your Onepass miles. They used to not expire, but I think they changed it. I'd have to read through the rules again.
Finally, there are two kinds of expiry, at LH for example your miles just expire after a while, while on many other airlines any account activity pushes the expiry date forward. I use United's Mileage Plus for my Star flights, even though I fly more Lufthansa than UA. I'm very happy with them, and my miles only expire when I'm inactive for 3 years, which I think I can manage to avoid.

The bmi diamond club miles never expire, once there is activity in the account once every 24 months.
bmi have ridiculously low status threshold as well, such as 18K for silver and 36K for Gold. Miles from US and UA credit 1:1 in Y, and 3:1 in domestic 1st. So if you do a lot of domestic flying with UA/US it could be worth it for you. You can apply on-line at www.flybmi.com, and your blue+ card will be mailed once you have reached 3K miles.
Hope this helps,
Brian.
