I noticed this morning that there was an A Volar 737 (sorry, don't know the series) parked next to a JR DC-9 on the westernmost end of the airport, between T1 and T2 just feet away from the Circuito Interior (and quite close to the McDonald's pedestrian bridge).
I also saw an EOS 757 at the MX hangar.
Does anybody know why we had such unusual guests at MEX? I would not be surprised to learn that the EOS bird was there for maintenance, paint or whatever. But I am intrigued by the A Volar 37... was this a charter flight?

The EOS plane was possibly N762 or N763MX, after being painted, got a picture in MX´s paint hangar, hope to upload it soon.
The Avolar plane was possible a charter flight, not so sure, or will go to MX´s base for maintenane, MX gives some services to Avolar.
Saludso

Quoting XA744 (Reply 2): OK, now we are discussing rare birds at MEX... No doubt there is nothing relevant coming from either AM or MX... Ain´t it ???
Indeed, only MX seeking for 2 second hand 767´s, AM getting rid of one of their 777´s (possible not total loss) and some new destinations by both airlines, everything looks quite fine.
