Are PG And FT Really The One Airline?

Found an interesting article on the web. http://www.ttreport.com/News_Feb/pg_ft_flights_feb14.htm Anyone know if Siem Reap Airways are using acft in their own livery or using PG's ATR72's? I guess the Boeing 717-200 service PNH-SIN (commencing 7 May) will be using PG's second 717 unless there is another one on its way to SE Asia. Siem Reap (REP) to Vientiane (VTE) is a route they really should get. Air travel in this part of the world has real boom potential in the next few years.  Confused
