UA Focus City At SAT

Hey everybody!

I noticed on wikipedia that UA had a focus city that it called a hublet in SAT in 2006. I was hoping somebody could help me figure out what cities they served mainline and express. Thanks in advance.

It was pretty much a build-up by Trans States. Mainline was to ORD and DEN only, with RJs also serving LAX and SFO (plus ORD, IAD and DEN). Trans States operating for UAX flew ERJ-145s to ABQ, COS, MCI, MSY, OKC, OMA, TUL. This lasted all but a few months in Summer '06. The Trans States flights were all done at their own risk I believe.

UA currently runs the following from SAT (June 08 schedule):

SAT-ORD: 3x daily CRJ-700
SAT-DEN: 4x daily. 2 737-500 2 CRJ-900
SAT-SFO: 1x daily A319
SAT-LAX: 3x daily CRJ-700
SAT-IAD: 2x daily CRJ-700
