Well, they said 8 destinations in 2008 and Guangzhou, Kozhikode and LAX have been announced, so that leaves five more and at least one of these will be in Germany (Berlin most likely), so that's about four left ...
I'd guess from the following list (with the first, obviously, being most important. )

They will not announce a German destination. They already made that clear because the German government won't allow them to add more German destinations.

They already fly to Toronto and while they have announced they do plan to fly to Miami, Miami will not happen until after they launch Chicago, San Francisco, and Washington. Then we'll probably see Miami next.
