7- on N-7 avianca never operated the caravalle ... Aerosucre and LAS did .

8- AV did operate 767-747-MD-11 for 2 months you could see world MD-11 with the Avianca titles on it !

Guys, I don't think the MD-11 was on their certificate, it was a wet leaase.

I stand corrected on the A-300.

I'm not sure about AV and the MD-11 (according to airfleets.net, no MD-11 in their fleet.....so I'll take your word for that), but Aerocondor used one A300 for a while, before being repossessed by Airbus because of nonpayment of the leases.

But you forgot Aerotal, IMO, the most famous Caravelle operator in Colombia. I can still remember that abandoned frame in CLO. I once read the story on the aborted T/O by the captain (I don't remember his name), very interesting indeed.
