AF/KL King Of The North Atlantic Skies?

A short article on "la Tribune" says that AF/KL is on the verge of obtaining "a global anti-trust immunity" for transatlantic services, allowing DL, NW, AF, KL - and AZ- to start their joint venture , " in order to improve the quality and the competitiveness of their services while (at the same time) preserving their own identities..."
Air France shares jumped up nearly 4% on the news.

Does anybody have more info on this ?

Competitiveness is not the samething as competition. Take a dictionary and discover the differences...
