Hi there!!
I'm a low time pilot with aspirations of moving to the caribbean to fly for a charter service with in the next 3 years. What type of hours are the small carrier services looking for. I'm also curious to know what the pilot turn over time is so I can begin my planning.

look in to Merlin Express in SAT. They fly metros out of SJU for UPS and FedEx. I think they hire FOs with low time.
