Frontier Service Takes Off in Colorado Springs
Frontier Airlines' first flight and its 35 passengers took off from the Colorado Springs Airport ahead of schedule. Travelers on the plane say they've been waiting for this service for a long time.
Frontier says the [bankruptcy] filing will not affect any current or future flights. But, the airline does say all future projects, including a maintenance hanger in Colorado Springs, are now under review as the airline goes through the bankruptcy process. Now, the airline will service five flights daily, non-stop from Colorado Springs to Denver.
