High-flying Aircraft Over Heathrow

I live 3 miles to the West of Heathrow and often see aircrats which are forming very long jet streams over my house.Do you know if these would be flyging from say Paris to America?Does anyone know trhe London Centre frenquncies?Thanks,alex
