Any idea what this bird was doing in VCV? Flew COS-VCV, spent an hour in VCV, now on its way back to MSP.

Probably military charter. As ypu can see below, there has been a lot of flights between COS and VCV over the last few days.

There are also prisoner flights . VCV has a huge federal penn accross the street from the airport.I know Sierra Pacific does these.

They usually operate as 'Justice'-flights. They are not visible on flight-trackers.

It's good if SCX han pick up some of the AMC traffic. It may enable them to recall some of their furloughed employees.
