Good choice! Around 40,000 Arabs from the UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia stay in Munich during that time period!

My guess is that it will be a Privatair A319.

I think it will be the Privateair BBJ since it was taken off MUC-EWR recently.

Did you guys read the post? It's right there...

Anyway, good to hear that the LH & Privatair partnership is expanding, first Frankfrut-Pune and now Munich-Dubai.

It is not expanding. It is the same. AFAIK as in the past LH uses 3 Privatair planes.

2007
MUC (later FRA) - EWR
DUS - EWR now mainline
DUS - ORD now mainline

2008
MUC-Dubai
FRA-Pune
FRA-EWR

What route does the route do during the downtime? Is it short enough to do a LHR run or similar?

and LX ZRH-RUH if I'm not mistaken.

That's on a 332, so it's 'mainline' LX.

Since LH is introducing PUNE this summer in all C-Class service, do u think that there's a bigger market than just the US???
I'd like to see more destinations served by all business class service.

What other destinations would make sense to operate???? Here's what i would suggest.

FRA - MEX
FRA - SIN
MUC - BKK
FRA - TYO

I'd like to see a LH Widebody with all business class layout, would be nice....

LX did operate last summer a once weekly non stop flight to RUH in addition to their existing mainline jet frequencies. Not sure if this flight will return this year, anybody know?

The poster was only referring to LH. If you want to cover all the PrivatAir operations for other carriers they also operate a Boeing BBJ (737-700) for KL AMS-IAH-AMS. ZRH-EWR-ZRH is a BBJ2 (737-800).
