I have been spending a considerable amount of time searching for a reliable list of airlines serving PUJ and I keep coming across outdated tourist sites. So far I have DL, AA, and US. Are those my only options from SEA? Any information is helpful thanks!
Wanted to correct you on that, B6 doesn't serve PUJ they only serve POP,SDQ, and STI in the Dominican Republic.

Sure, but can you find a better source for what the OP asked? Wikipedia is actually a pretty good resource, even if it may not be 100% accurate all the time. And if you do find something inaccurate, you can just edit it.
Aside from which, FCA serve Puerto Plata from East Midlands, not Punta Cana.

I remember that last summer when I went to PUJ, in the rep's book with flight details and stuff had a weekly from LGW, a weekly from MAN and a weekly from EMA, if it was operated to POP or was seasonal or whatever, I don't know.

This summer, they are flying to Puerto Plata instead of Punta Cana, so the information on that Wikipedia page in terms of First Choice is correct, as the EMA-PUJ route has ended.

Quoting TCT (Reply 4): United Airlines (Chicago-O'Hare, Washington-Dulles)
Service from Chicago O'Hare heading to Punta Cana is not available throughout the year on UA.
They typically supply such segment during the high season on Saturdays and Sundays with 320.
Regards.
