Epale Guys:

A PA-34 has just crashed on approach to SVMI. The airplane crashed on a house, and at least one person died and two injured. Firefighters are now trying to control the situation. I'll keep you informed.

Saludos,

Roberto.

The involved airplane is a Piper PA-31-310 Navajo, registered as N6463L with three on board bound to TNCC. There are four injured and one dead.

Here are some pictures of the crash:

Looking at picture Nº 2, it looks like the propeller was feathered, so it possibly was an engine failure and tried to return to SVMI. Until now, there are five dead, including the three passengers on board and two little girls who were in the house by the moment of the crash  Sad. There are 11 injured, one of them in critical condition (the mother of the girls).

My condolences to the victims of this crash.

Roberto.
