Just a few years ago it looks like that Virgin Atlantic and Airbus has a strong friendship and that they will be a loyal Airbus coustomer, but that changes, no question about that Virgin can order Boeing, but what happens that they change from loyal friendship to a normal coustomer? Thanks for any info.

Well VS started out as a Boeing customer rememebr that they flew 742's for years and then got the A340's only about 10 years ago. But I think that SRB knows what he is doing with a healthy mix of Boeing and Airbus

VS order what they think is best for them at the time - the plane/price combination that best suits their requirements - it just happens that this has swapped from B to A and back in recent years. They do seem to make lots of decisions though!
