The question I have is, Air Wisconsin has a great ground handling operation (The best of anyone in the United System, and not bad for NW either), and they are the biggest regional carrier in the USAirways system, why are they not doing any ground handling at all for US? This would make a lot of sense, particularly in PHL, where they basically dominate the non prop gates in F.
