Where are they getting the aircraft for these flights? New planes, or the ones they leased out returning?

Good to see them add these flights. It looks like the new JFK flights arrive/depart during off peak.

I assume no new destinations for a while, right?

But I think expanding the current market makes sense in this current environment and trying to attract more passengers especially high yield/business types is significant for the future growth!

SEA must be doing well considered Alaska Airlines is doing the "West Most" schedule, and VX decides to go all the way to 5 times daily on both SFO and LAX to SEA markets. But just curious if the additional SEA flights are seasonal summer only, which is not surprising? Or is VX able to attract some SEA local flyers already?

Don't know for sure but they've got some A32Xs still to be delivered from Airbus and they own a couple of the SX planes that they may be getting back

Their loads are not great.
They are giving it their best shot before abandoning North/South and then re-deploying West/East.

First, benzene in my Perrier, and now this!

It's good to see them trying to weather the storm. Hopefully they pull through. I'm going to Seattle soon and want to give them a try. Maybe F up and Y back to LAX?

Wow! More Trans-con flying! I dont see how this will help there financial situation, it cost close to 20,000 dollars to operate one trans-con in todays environment.
