I love their C/S, probably the #1 in the world, but what about their service, please tell me about your experience of this airline...

Have a nice day.

I flew JAS domestic out of OSA in an old A300B2. Cabin was really looking old, service was average for a domestic japanese flight.
I also flew with their regional airline (JAC) on the Saab340 and YS11. Friendly and very polite F/A. Was the only white face in a plane bounded for the middle of nowhere in Japan, people were curious.

Falcon....like a limo but with wings

Hi!! I flew on a JAS 777 (JA8978) on 10Sep97 and it was a very nice flight. The flight attendents bow and have white glows when we boarded and they were also very friendly. I got an exit row seat to give me more legroom. The flight was not very long (1h15min) but it's one of the best I've have ever been on. I also a nice experience on ANA 777 but JAL wasn't as good at all. The777Man

Need a Boeing 777 Firing Order....Further to fly....LX and LH 777s

I used to fly JAS all the time from Aomori (AOJ) to Tokyo (HND). The hour long flight was always in an A300. Drinks were served, but there was no snack/meal. The flight attendants were very polite and professional. It's true that they all wear white gloves and bow to the passengers before the flight. Without me having to ask, they always offered me English language magazines and newspapers. And as I recall, none of my 10+ flights were ever late.
