I am reaccommodating some pax who were booked on CE from LVI on Zambian Airways (Q3) instead. Both SA and BA/MN are completely sold out on the date in question, but Q3 was available. I've never booked Q3 before and am concerned about their operational reliability. I gather that the LVI-JNB flights are operated with chartered MN aircraft, which should help matters. Can anyone confirm this? Any info is appreciated.

Not too sure about that... I will have a look this afternoon as I am working that sector.

All Q3 B737-200 flights are operated with aircraft leased from Safair.

Thanks for that! You wouldn't happen to know reliability stats, would you?
