Here's a new one....
A group of tourists from Ghana traveled on a chartered flight and two week vacation on February 1st. Their return charter plane for February 15th? Never showed up. The return flight, operated by Miami Air, finally took place Thursday.
And it seems like some of the passengers decided to just immigrate to Barbados!

The situation seems very unclear...
Was there no other means of getting back home? Thousands of connecting flights they could have probably taken to go home. Sure it would be out of pocket by then, but nonetheless. I wouldn't just tolerate it for 2 months...

Seasons travel and tours chartered GIA a/c for a 2 week holiday package in Barbados.
The tour operators had made payment to GIA for the passengers to be flown to Barbados, they failed to make payment to GIA for the return trip of the passengers, although these passengers had already paid the tour operators for their return trip.
